We loved the tranquil hotel facilities surrounded by a beautiful garden, and the convenient location near everything in this city. The breakfast provided simple but tasty options, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

    Nothing, no complaints at all.

Very poor breakfast: pretty much if you want to have a good one you have to pay extra... They give you the list when you sit. The internet connection works only in the breakfast/communal area.

This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail that is evident throughout. The location on a quiet road just a few blocks from the downtown area is perfect. The hotel is nestled over a little "pond" in a nice garden, creating a serene atmosphere that is perfect for relaxation. The expansive garden adds to the overall charm of the hotel, making it a very pleasant place to stay. The staff provides excellent service and is always willing to assist with any needs. The rooms, designed in the local Thai style, are basic but comfortable, especially with the fan provided. The hotel has a very good atmosphere, with friendly staff and a warm ambiance. The breakfast here is delicious, with good cappuccinos and homemade jam included. Coffee lovers will appreciate the option for stronger coffee.

All was satisfactory; no improvements necessary.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The surrounding garden was very nice. I think one of the best places to stay in Sukothai

Our bungalow was a wooden Thai style with highly polished wood floor & lovely Thai textiles surrounded by a tropical garden - beautiful. Lovely breakfast in another wooden Thai house & very friendly staff.

This hotel is a hidden gem nestled in a peaceful green garden. The traditional-style rooms are clean and comfortable, offering a tranquil escape. The expansive and beautiful garden adds to the overall ambiance, with a small pond providing a picturesque setting. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. Don't forget to indulge in the delicious breakfast with homemade jam and strong cappuccinos included.

The noise from the old AC unit could be improved.

Beautiful setting - birds and butterflies in the lovely tropical garden. Room well protected (mosquito protection at all doors and windows).

Mosquitoes in the garden. Difficult to sit outside for long in the evening.

The hotel is located on a quiet road just a few blocks from downtown. It is right in the center of New Sukhothai, making it convenient for exploring the area. The tranquil garden setting with a small pond adds to the charm of the hotel. The rooms are decorated in the local Thai style with beautiful antique decorations, giving them a unique and authentic feel. The breakfast served at this hotel includes good cappuccinos and homemade jams, which are a delightful addition.

We had a great stay and found everything to be just fine.

As I'm French and the place has been funded by a French guy, it was pleasant to have a real conversation with someone living in Thaïland.

Guesthouse with special touch decoration inside and outside (lovely garden). Spacious room. Excellent breakfast 'a la carte' included in room rate. The fact that the owners agreed that we shorten our stay by one night without questioning.

On the road, just oustide the guesthouse the environment is dirty and a bit noisy (music) at evening/night - of course not the responsibility of the owners' guesthouse. Some wild dogs hanging around during evening sometimes scary. 3% charges for payment with credit card (some hotels do in Thailand, which they should not).

The traditional wooden houses and lush gardens created an idyllic, romantic setting. We loved sleeping with the windows open and the sounds of nature lulling us to sleep. The homemade breakfast was a treat, especially the delicious jams. The staff were friendly, making us feel welcome and at home. The location was perfect for exploring the night market and nearby restaurants.

The historic center was a bit further away than we had expected, but it was easy to take a bus to get there. The area around the hotel was a bit run-down, which could be off-putting for some.

Quaint little cabins on attractive grounds. Helpful and friendly staff who were very well organized. Breakfast was good

Cabins needed more light at night. Place was very noisy all afternoon due to a party, or as the staff said, a meeting, which must have lasted five hours. Quiet at night.

Nice and clean room, close to the town centre and night market. Nice breakfast included in the room price.
